| My assistants at work one afternoon |
Sadie is now about 4 months old and is losing her puppy features already. She is all legs and isn't as roly poly. In typical golden retriever fashion, she is extremely friendly - at the dog park she has to run up & greet EVERYONE. It sure makes for a time consuming trip to the park... So far she has been extremely easy to train with minimal accidents and she even lets us sleep in on weekends.
Last week it was a beautiful day with bright blue skies so rather than just taking the pups to the dog park after work, Alex suggested we go for a little hike with them. We drove about 20 miles south of Anchorage to McHugh Creek Park which is along Turnagain Arm. It's a nice little area that has a lookout over the inlet, a running creek and of course a trail. Both Sadie and Mosie had a blast that afternoon - Mosie was able to go explore and Sadie actually kept up with her.
Hasn't the extra hour in the evenings been amazing?! It's crazy how big of a difference just one hour makes but I feel like I can do so much more after work. Right now the sunset is 8:00 and we're gaining around 5.5 minutes each day!

oh my gosh, such a doll! and 'hi, miss mosie, hi hi hi!' love the shot of A & the pup. you guys look supa!
